The one and only therapy you will need daily. Sauna X Plunge's curated Nordic Session offers full access to both saunas (traditional and infrared) and our temperature-controlled cold tubs. During this session, clients will alternate both hot and cold therapies on their own or with the guidance of a staff member. SXP Members will have access to their plunge tracking data after each session.
